You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date and notifying us of any changes that may affect our ability to provide services.

SMS Communications

By opting in through our website or onboarding form, you consent to receive SMS messages from DMG Financial Solutions. These messages are related to your service inquiry and are not promotional in nature. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with our services, contact us within 30 days to discuss your concerns. Refund eligibility depends on the work completed and services rendered. Once disputes have been submitted on your behalf, fees for that round of work are non-refundable.
